Almost everyone who considers a clinical trial with us starts by searching online, and the first thing they read is what previous participants have written. If you have a minute, a few honest words from you will help someone make up their mind.
Choose the clinic you visited
Each link opens Google’s review box for that clinic. You will need to be signed in to a Google account, which is the same one you use for Gmail, YouTube or an Android phone.
Not sure what to write?
Anything is better than nothing, and one sentence is plenty. If you are stuck, these usually help:
- How the team treated you
- Whether things ran on time and were explained clearly
- How you felt about taking part
- Whether you would recommend us to someone else
Please leave these out
So we stay within research regulations, please do not include:
- The name or code of the study you took part in
- The name of any study medication, or how it affected you
- Your own medical details or diagnosis
- Full names of individual staff members, first names are fine

Was your visit not what you hoped?
We would rather hear it from you than read it later. Email [email protected] or call 03300 553327 and we will look into it properly.
Common questions
Do I need a Google account?
Yes. It is the same account you use for Gmail, YouTube or an Android phone. If you do not have one, there is no other way to leave a Google review, but we would still like your feedback by email.
Will my review be public?
Yes, and it will show the name and photo on your Google account. You can change the display name on your Google account before posting if you would prefer.
Can I change or delete it later?
Yes, at any time. Open Google Maps, tap Contribute, then Reviews, and edit or delete it there.
Does it have to be five stars?
No. We would rather have an honest three than a polite five.
I attended more than one clinic. Which do I pick?
Whichever you saw most, or the one you remember best. One review is plenty.
