Tomasz brings more than 20 years of clinical operations and site network experience, having built his career with Trialmed. Starting at the Wrocław clinic, he progressed through the organisation to become Executive Director, EMEA Operations.
Throughout his career, Tomasz has built and led multinational site operations, supporting country heads across EMEA by developing high-performing teams, strengthening operational performance and driving growth in multiple markets.

In his new role, Tomasz will play a leading role in Panthera’s continued growth across European markets, building on our existing presence in Hungary and supporting the expansion of our site network through both organic growth and strategic M&A as we enter the next phase of Panthera’s development in Europe.
