Andy Broomhead is Chief Information Officer at Panthera Clinic, where he leads the organisation’s technology, data, and digital strategy across all UK clinical research sites.

With over 20 years of experience in technology, digital transformation and regulated data environments, Andy specialises in the implementation and governance of clinical trial management systems, eSource platforms, patient recruitment technology, and secure data architectures.

At Panthera, he is responsible for the oversight of CTMS infrastructure, eSource adoption, cybersecurity frameworks, AI governance policy, data integrity controls, and operational reporting systems. His work supports protocol compliance, participant safety, MHRA alignment, and sponsor data transparency.

Andy also leads the development of structured data and schema strategies that ensure Panthera’s clinical trial content reflects verifiable expertise and governance standards.
