Our Sites

Our History

2019 – Panthera Biopartners is founded by Professor John Lyon and Dr. Ian Smith with the mission to make clinical research more accessible to the general public.

2020 – Panthera expands, opening new clinics in Rochdale and Enfield, London.

2021 – Panthera becomes the world’s first clinical trial site to administer Valneva’s phase 3 Covid-19 vaccine.

2021 – Panthera opens first clinic in Glasgow, Scotland, based in the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital’s ICE building.

2022 – Panthera opens it’s 5th clinic location in Sheffield, within the Dovercourt Primary Care Centre.

2023 – Panthera recognised as the UK’s best site with the National Award, ‘2023 Research Centre of the Year’ at the Pharma Industry Awards

2024 – Panthera continues to expand its community reach, opening Panthera York; located in the Acomb Garth Community Centre which is operated by our partner Nimbuscare.
