COPD Clinical Trials
Do you have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)?
We are looking for volunteers to take part in forthcoming clinical trials investigating potential new medicines for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
COPD is the name used to describe various conditions which affect the lungs, such as Emphysema and Chronic Bronchitis. It is the second most common lung disease in the UK, with it affecting an estimated 1.2 million people over the age of 40. Living COPD can affect many aspects of your life. Physical symptoms such as breathlessness and coughing can leave you feeling stressed, anxious and depressed.
Panthera Clinical Research is looking for people, over the age of 40, who have COPD.
Volunteers eligible to take part in a clinical trial will receive:
- Complementary health assessment, including Blood Cholesterol check, and medical advice
- Clinic appointments scheduled at your convenience
