Who Can Join?

• Adults 18 years of age or older
• Those diagnosed with cardiovascular disease or at risk for a first cardiovascular event.

• Adults aged 55 and above.
• Those with a diagnosis of cardiovascular disease or those at risk of facing their first heart event.
• Those who have Hypertension
• Tobacco users
• If you have Diabetes
• Suffer with High cholesterol
• Suffer with Chronic Kidney Disease

Who Should Not Participate?

• Individuals with New York Heart Association class IV heart failure.
• Anyone who has undergone a procedure to remove lipoproteins from their blood.
• Individuals with an active infection or a major disease that is not stable or well-managed.
