Are you living with Type 2 Diabetes? We’re inviting individuals to participate in a clinical trial aimed at evaluating the effectiveness and safety of an investigational medicine

Who Can Participate?

• Adults aged 18 and older.
• Individuals with a Body Mass Index (BMI) over 23 kg/m².
• People who have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.
• Those with an HbA1c level above 7.0% but below 10.5% at the first screening visit.
• Participants with moderate or severe renal impairment.
• Individuals who have maintained stable diabetes treatments (like insulin glargine, degludec, detemir) for 90 days prior to the initial visit.

Study Overview
Our study is designed to last a little over a year and is divided into three key phases:

1. Screening Period (Up to 35 Days): We’ll conduct thorough assessments to confirm your eligibility and understand your health background.
2. Treatment Period (52 Weeks): Participants will receive either the study medication or a placebo, administered weekly. This phase includes a dose escalation and maintenance period to carefully monitor how well the investigational medicine works and how your body responds to it.
3. Safety Follow-Up Period (4 Weeks): After completing the treatment period, we’ll have a short follow-up phase to ensure your ongoing safety and well-being.
