Lung Cancer AWC

Lung Cancer Screening Clinical Trials

Are you worried about your risk of Lung Cancer?

Lung cancer is a prevalent and severe form of cancer, with over 43,000 annual diagnoses in the UK. It predominantly affects older individuals and is rare in those under 40, with around 4 out of 10 cases occurring in individuals aged 75 and older.

While lung cancer can develop in non-smokers, smoking remains the leading cause, accounting for more than 70% of cases. This is due to the regular inhalation of various toxic substances associated with smoking.

We are recruiting for clinical trials investigating Lung Cancer screening. This will include a low dose CT scan and 3 follow-up appointments with our clinicians over a 3-year period.

You will receive up to £640 in financial compensation for your time and expenses once enrolled onto the study.
